Development Details:

 The position will be situated within an urban development comprising approximately 800 apartments, conveniently located within walking distance of Croydon station. The responsibilities will include identifying and addressing leaks, fixing general wear and tear, performing painting and decorating tasks, and to ensure the development is kept to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

 

  • Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clear drains and fix washing machines
  • Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
