Position: Head Concierge
Location: Stanmore Place, London, HA7 1FF
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1000 - 2200
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at Stanmore Place, a modern development located in the London Borough of Harrow with easy access to the Jubilee line. The site consists of 22 private block and 8 Housing Association blocks with a total of 710 residential apartments and benefits from 24-hour concierge, water fountain features, a lake, playgrounds, residents gym and private carpark.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Supporting with the estate management team in ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
