AI TRANSFORMATION MANAGER
• Trinity Estates • Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the catalyst turning practical AI opportunities into everyday value at scale. Starting with how work gets done today, you will map manual, paper-based and spreadsheet-driven processes, then recommend the right path forward—whether that’s simplification, digitisation, automation or AI. You will test ideas quickly, prove value with pilots and proofs of concept, and then guide successful initiatives into business-as-usual.
Working across operations, technology, data, legal and security, you will translate real business needs into safe, effective solutions that colleagues love to use. Reporting to Senior Management, you will shape our roadmap, set standards for responsible AI, and help teams adopt new ways of working that measurably improve customer and colleague experiences.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will be discovering pain points with teams, prioritising opportunities, and designing lightweight experiments to validate impact. You will partner with product, data and engineering to deliver solutions, manage change and adoption, and track measurable outcomes from pilot through to rollout.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Clear, prioritised pipeline of opportunities with quantified benefits, risks and effort.
- Rapid, well-governed pilots that prove value within weeks, not months.
- Measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, compliance and colleague satisfaction.
- Solutions safely embedded into BAU with strong adoption and minimal disruption.
- Transparent metrics and reporting for Senior Management on outcomes and ROI.
- Trusted relationships across operations, technology, data, legal and security.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Mapping current processes, data flows and pain points with frontline teams.
- Building business cases and success metrics for simplification, digitisation, automation or AI.
- Designing and running proofs of concept and pilots with clear hypotheses and measures.
- Coordinating delivery with technology and data teams, and ensuring compliance and security.
- Enabling adoption through training, playbooks and change management.
- Tracking performance, capturing feedback and iterating solutions post-launch.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
- You blend business curiosity with delivery discipline, moving from idea to impact quickly.
- You’re pragmatic - choosing the simplest solution that works, not AI for its own sake.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritising ruthlessly and saying no when needed.
- You care about safe, ethical and secure use of data and automation.
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Leading process improvement or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout.
- Hands-on delivery of pilots using low-code tools, RPA or AI services.
- Working within governance frameworks involving data privacy, security and legal review.
- Building metrics dashboards and reporting benefits, ROI and adoption.
- Change management experience, including training and stakeholder engagement.

- Competitive salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Vitality private healthcare
- Free eye tests

- Fully funded training and professional development, including paid study leave (up to £1,500) -
