Position: Paralegal – Property Law

Location: The convenience of working from home while also having th opportunity to attend a London based office      .

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (according to experience)

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Paralegal at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Have a good understanding of the property management industry.
  • Be able to read and understand residential leases and tenants’ rights and have an awareness of service charges.
  • Have a sound understanding of Property Law to guide the Property Management team.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Legal with contract reviews and litigation cases
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, required.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, solicitors, and leaseholders as required.
  • Have an awareness of current Legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Be able to work with defines timescales and ensure time critical tasks are completed ahead of deadlines.
