Position: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Rendall & Rittner Manchester Office – 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Fixed Term (3 months)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

 

As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person
  • log incidents/requests that are issued to the service desk
  • provide IT hardware support for Rendall & Rittner
  • provide IT systems and software support
  • have previous experience of setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software.
  • have knowledge of The Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  • have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related systems
  • coach, mentor and support end users in the working or Rendall and Rittner systems
  • proactively manage updates to all parties through to complete resolution.
