Position: Estate Administrator
Location: 375 Kensington High Street & Kensington Row
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900 - 1730
Salary: £35,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Administrator at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Have experience working with external contractors and residents, dealing with written and verbal queries and complaints.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have worked in a similar role and are able to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
- Have excellent communication skills, liaising with contractors and residents about health and safety issues
- Have strong organisation skills, and a preference of working in a busy environment.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team, assisting, supporting and building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Have strong administrative experience, filling, archiving and retrieving documents
