Position: Night Concierge

Location: Long and Waterson E2

Working Hours: 4on 4off 1900-0700

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury development consisting of 5 blocks conveniently close to Old Street station. The development also benefits from an onsite gym, sauna and steam room. You would be working in a team in this position.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.

• You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
