Position: HR Team Leader – HR Operations
Location: Home Based – with attendance to London based offices
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a HR Team Leader at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Oversee and manage all administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Train, mentor, and provide daily guidance to the HR Administration team.
- Supervise and manage the HR admin shared inbox, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
- Develop, refine, and implement efficient HR processes to enhance operations.
- Act as the escalation point for complex HR queries, providing expert support and solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Right to Work legislation and ensure compliance.
- Stay up to date with employment law changes and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the HR Admin team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee TUPE transfers (both inbound and outbound) in collaboration with the ER team.
Previous experience will include:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a multi-site organization.
- Skilled in handling HR employee queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Data Protection procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
