Working Hours: Sun/Mon/Wed 8am-5pm - Thur/Fri 7am-4pm Tues/Sat - Off
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
This role will be based at a brand-new development located in Hackney Wick. The development consists of 110 loft-style apartments, includes a 12 hour concierge service and is in close proximity to Hackney Wick overground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
- Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
- Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
