Working closely with the Marketing Lead, Business Operations Manager, and wider team, you’ll also help identify and implement innovative tech solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with both technical and creative skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain, develop, and enhance the CRM system to improve functionality, lead generation, and marketing capabilities.
  • Implement workflow automations, logic rules, integrations, and (where applicable) C# coding.
  • Collaborate with our CRM provider to unlock new features and innovations.
  • Ensure CRM compliance in partnership with the Business Operations Manager.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on financial performance, pipelines, productivity, and KPIs.
  • Extract and present data to support lead generation and business development activities and strategy.
  • Support annual budgeting and target-setting with accurate data analysis.
  • Produce clear, insightful content for monthly Board reports.

Marketing & Communications

  • Website management: update content, publish case studies and articles, and coordinate with external design partners.
  • Social media: manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, track performance, and maintain a content schedule.
  • Content creation: source stories, write articles, case studies, and interviews; design visuals using Canva; and contribute to campaign ideas.
  • Business development support: create tailored marketing materials, presentations, and bios for client pitches and events.
  • Events: Assist in planning and coordinating company events.

Tech & Innovation

  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans for potential solutions (e.g., automation tools, AI applications, marketing integrations).
  • Manage any new systems or solutions adopted by the business.

Collaboration & Support

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and project support to the management team.
  • Maintain and update the company’s SharePoint intranet with policies, templates, training materials, and news.

  • Technically confident, with experience in CRM systems (knowledge of workflow automations and C# is essential).
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data, turning numbers into meaningful insights.
  • Creative and skilled at producing engaging marketing content.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player who enjoys problem solving and driving improvements.
