Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our London office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and detailed board reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, VAT, and HMRC submissions.
- Partner with the FP&A lead to manage budgets, forecasts, and business planning insights.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and streamline accounting systems and processes.
- Liaise with auditors, external accountants, and advisors to ensure smooth audit cycles.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
About You
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager, ideally within property management or real estate.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience developing and mentoring finance professionals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Propman, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
