Position: Part Time Day Concierge

Location: Centenary Plaza, Birmingham B1

Working Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 0700-1900

Salary:  c.£21,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be based at an exclusive residential development based in Birmingham, B1. The development consists of 350 residential apartments across 3 blocks. The development benefits from a courtyard, meeting rooms, car par and onsite gym. The successful candidate would do some lone working.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
