Location: St George Wharf (Vauxhall) SW8 2FH
Working Hours: 0700 – 1600 Monday – Friday
Salary: £30,784 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:
Set within a stunning riverside development spanning over 7 acres, this role is based at a flagship regeneration project that has transformed the local area. The site is home to 1,187 high-quality residential homes and offers a vibrant, modern environment just a few minutes’ walk from Vauxhall train station, with excellent transport links and a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
You’ll be someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, ensuring the development is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and colleagues at all times.
You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, confidently engaging with residents and guests, responding to queries professionally, and creating a positive first impression of the development.
You’ll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
You’ll have a good understanding of Health & Safety within a residential environment, ensuring compliance with site procedures, carrying out checks, and maintaining a safe working environment.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, conducting regular inspections of communal areas, completing cleaning duties to a high standard, and promptly reporting any defects, maintenance issues, or health and safety concerns.
You’ll be a strong team player, supporting colleagues, working collaboratively with the on-site team, and building positive working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
You’ll be proactive and hands-on, assisting with deliveries, bin management, basic maintenance support, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the estate.
