Position: Night Concierge
Location: Landmark Pinnacle
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
Salary: £28,980 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
The role will be based at a prestigious development in Canary Wharf. The development consists of 162 serviced apartments, 70 shared ownership apartments, 752 private apartments and 1 commercial unit, totalling 985. The apartments are spread over 75 floors making it one of the tallest residential towers in Europe!
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Night Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Supporting with the estate management team in ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs.
- Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, this includes concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks and reporting as required. Also, ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner.
- Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed. Providing any additional support with training, development, guidance and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Managing the onsite team to include appraisals, one to ones, performance management, training and development and any other staffing matters as required.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness.
- Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
- Undertake the general duties as required by management and in accordance with industry best practise.
