The Royal Opera House and leading theatres are moments away, with Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square stations close by, creating a vibrant, cosmopolitan setting. You’ll support discerning residents who value privacy and high standards, operating in an elegant, low-density environment where attention to detail and personal service truly stand out.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming face of the development, providing polished front-of-house service, managing contractors, and ensuring the building runs smoothly throughout the day. You’ll handle resident requests, coordinate deliveries, maintain immaculate communal areas, and keep concise records. You will liaise closely with the managing agent and on-site teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly.
