ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the on-site linchpin, supporting the Estate Manager to deliver exceptional resident service, first-class building standards and seamless day-to-day operations including managing a team of circa 8 members of staff. Most days you’ll be on the ground: coordinating contractors, conducting H&S and compliance checks, solving resident queries and making sure the estate looks and performs at its best.

- Clear, concise reporting keeps stakeholders updated on performance, spend and priorities.
- You champion continuous improvement, spotting opportunities to enhance service and efficiency.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Conducting regular site walks, H&S checks and compliance inspections, logging actions and closing them out.
- Managing and supervising a team of circa 8 staff including concierge, a handyperson, estate operatives and cleaners.
- Coordinating and supervising contractors and suppliers, from scheduling to quality assurance.
- Handling resident enquiries and communications, ensuring swift, courteous resolutions.
- Monitoring building systems and common areas, raising and managing maintenance tasks and defects.
- Supporting service charge management with accurate data, quotes and purchase orders.
- Assisting with audits, risk assessments, incident reports and preparedness for emergency procedures.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Experience in residential block or estate management, hospitality or facilities management.
- Working knowledge of health and safety, fire safety routines and statutory maintenance in a residential setting.
- Coordinating contractors and understanding planned and reactive maintenance workflows.
- Using property or FM software for tasks, work orders, compliance tracking and reporting.
- Supporting budgets, raising POs and contributing to cost control.
