You’ll be part of a prestigious London development comprising around 235 luxury apartments, set within an elegant, well-managed environment with a 24-hour concierge, residents’ gym, private gardens and secure parking. ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the visible, friendly face of the estate, keeping communal areas immaculate, safe and welcoming throughout the day. You’ll support the concierge and management team, respond to resident requests, and tackle routine upkeep, checks and minor fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Communal areas and gardens are consistently spotless, tidy and well-presented.
  • Issues are identified early, logged accurately and resolved or escalated without delay.
  • Residents and visitors receive courteous, proactive support every time.
  • Health and safety procedures are followed precisely, with well-kept records.
  • You work seamlessly with concierge, contractors and management to deliver a premium experience.
  • You’re reliable, punctual and take ownership of your areas and tasks.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME

  • Carrying out internal and external cleaning of lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells and amenity areas.
  • Managing waste and recycling, including bin rotations, storage area cleanliness and collection day readiness.
  • Conducting regular estate inspections, reporting defects, and completing minor repairs and touch-ups.
  • Supporting concierge with resident deliveries, access requests and contractor escorting.
  • Performing routine H&S checks, such as emergency lighting, fire door observations and hazard spot checks.
  • Keeping stores, equipment and logs organised, and updating management via the reporting system.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

  • You’re friendly, approachable and confident communicating with residents, colleagues and contractors.
  • You’re hands-on, active and comfortable with a role that involves cleaning, lifting and moving safely.
  • Experience using a Nilfisk Ride on floor cleaner and jet washing equipment is desirable
  • You’re organised, dependable and thrive with clear routines and high standards.
  • You act with discretion and professionalism in a luxury residential setting.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

  • Working in residential estates, hotels, corporate offices or similar high-end environments.
  • Housekeeping, facilities or caretaking duties, including cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Awareness of health and safety best practice, including manual handling and COSHH.
  • Using digital tools or systems to log tasks, defects and checks.
  • Coordinating with contractors and supporting front-of-house or concierge teams.
