PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media delivery across a fast-growing portfolio of operating companies within Odevo UK.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role is focused on execution and measurable growth. You will build, optimise and scale paid campaigns to improve lead volume, lead quality and cost efficiency, primarily across Google and LinkedIn.
You will also support how Odevo UK appears across AI search responses and review platforms that influence buying decisions.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a delivery-first role requiring strong hands-on capability and commercial judgement.
You will manage campaigns end-to-end including structure, targeting, optimisation, tracking and reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple operating companies, partnering with CRM, Brand, Digital and Insight to ensure activity is aligned, measurable and commercially effective.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you’ll be:
- Building and optimising campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
- Managing budgets, targeting, bidding and audience strategy
- Improving onsite conversion performance
- Running structured tests across ads, audiences and landing pages
- Ensuring tracking integrity across UTMs, tags and conversion events
- Producing clear weekly and monthly reporting
- Expanding into additional channels where performance justifies it

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proven track record improving lead volume, lead quality and cost per lead
- Practical tracking and measurement knowledge, including GA4 fundamentals, UTMs and conversion events
- Experience improving onsite conversion performance with web and CRM stakeholders
- Ability to build and manage remarketing and lifecycle audiences
- Strong reporting capability, turning data into actions and improvements
- Curiosity for how review platforms and AI responses influence buying behaviour
