ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a commercial and results driven Digital Executive to join Odevo UK and help deliver high performing digital activity across a fast growing portfolio of operating companies.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a pivotal role within our commercial team. You will execute digital activity across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns are always on, performance led and aligned to clear commercial objectives.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys digital delivery, performance thinking and measurable impact, and who wants exposure across websites, SEO, paid media, CRM, partnerships and performance reporting within a high growth group.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role requires strong digital capability, commercial judgement and a delivery first mindset.
You will work at pace across multiple channels and stakeholders, supporting operating companies with digital execution aligned to agreed growth objectives.
You will identify optimisation opportunities, improve performance and help demonstrate ROI and commercial value across digital activity.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You’ll be successful in this role if:
- Digital activity is delivered consistently across OpCos, on time and to a high standard
- Channel performance improves through optimisation and insight led testing
- Stakeholders trust the digital function due to reliable, commercially focused delivery
- ROI, ROAS and performance outcomes are clearly tracked and communicated
- Digital becomes a consistent driver of organic growth across Odevo UK
- You take ownership and improve execution week to week
HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you’ll be:
- Executing the digital activity plan across operating companies
- Deploying campaigns across websites, SEO, paid search and paid social
- Supporting CRM activation and paid media execution
- Aligning activity to commercial objectives and growth levers
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and conversion
- Supporting reporting across ROI, ROAS and lead generation metrics
- Ensuring digital delivery is organised, consistent and continuously improving
- Supporting fast, effective execution through clear briefs and follow through

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Experience supporting or delivering multi channel digital marketing activity
- Understanding of performance marketing and ROI led thinking
- Exposure to SEO, paid search, paid social, CRM, websites and partnerships
- Confidence working with performance reporting, ROI and ROAS
- Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
