ROLE OVERVIEW
If you’re a Talent Partner who thrives in niche, candidate-short markets and enjoys influencing hiring decisions, this is that role.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Property Services recruitment across Odevo UK, including building surveying and fire and risk assessment roles. These are specialist, hard-to-fill positions where your ability to engage talent and guide hiring managers will directly impact business growth.
This is a true partnering role. You won’t just deliver roles, you’ll shape hiring strategy, challenge thinking and build a specialist market within the business.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You’ll operate as a trusted Talent Partner, not just a recruiter.
This role requires:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Confidence to challenge and influence hiring decisions
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business areas
You’ll be expected to bring structure, insight and direction to hiring, not just activity.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You’ll be successful in this role if:
- You deliver high-quality hires in a competitive, candidate-short market
- Hiring managers trust your judgement and involve you early
- You proactively shape hiring strategy, not just respond to briefs
- You build strong pipelines that reduce reliance on reactive hiring
- Candidates are engaged, well-managed and informed throughout
- You bring ideas that improve hiring outcomes and processes
HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you’ll be:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles across fire safety, building surveying and risk assessment
- Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and challenge where needed
- Proactively sourcing and engaging niche talent
- Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines
- Managing candidate experience from first contact through to offer
- Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations
- Supporting recruitment across wider Market Services roles (e.g. sales, IT, energy, tech) when required
- Maintaining accurate data within ATS and ensuring process consistency
You’ll work Hybrid, with attendance to our Holborn/London office.

ABOUT ODEVO
We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to billions of people in their everyday lives.
Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners' and residents' expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen.
In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 12,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength.
By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards.
Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets.
As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers.
If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.
